The Buddhist Diet-- Weigh In


Already mucked this diet up. Not intentionally. Need to do more research, beforehand, to ensure that I'm following these diets to the letter. I started out my morning with a cup of coffee, like I always do. And no I realize that caffeine isn't allowed on my diet either.

This is going to be the hardest thing I've ever done. No coffee, caffeine, cigarettes, beer, or wine?

On a positive note, here's my weigh-in:
January 11th-- 205 lbs.

Lets see what the Buddhist Diet can accomplish in one week.
